Delivery
How much will I have to pay for delivery?
We calculate delivery charges according to the number of items you order and also the country in which you want your order to be delivered. Please see the table below for details:

UK Standard Delivery £4.95
This delivery option guarantees your goods will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days. Your order will be sent either via courier or via Royal Mail standard postal service. Please note that you may be required to provide a signature on delivery.
UK Express Delivery £9.95
Express Delivery is the quickest delivery option available for residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday – Thursday will be delivered the following day. All deliveries sent via the Express service will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels on the Express service will be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm.
Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. I.e. If you place your order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend on the Express Service, your order will not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver Express Service Orders on Saturdays.
Please note if you are not available to sign for your delivery, the delivery company will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Delivery to Europe £15 - £25
Deliveries to Europe will be sent via courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery times are approximate, but your delivery should reach you within 3 – 7 working days.
Your delivery costs will vary according to the number of items you purchase:
1 – 3 items: £15
4 – 6 items: £20
7 or more items: £25
We deliver to the following European destinations:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City State.
Delivery to the Rest of the World £25 - £45
International deliveries will be sent via courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery times are approximate, but your delivery should reach you within 5 – 10 working days.
Deliveries to countries outside Europe are calculated according to the number of items that you purchase:
1 – 3 Items: £25
4 – 6 Items: £35
7 or more Items: £45
We deliver to the following International destinations:
Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Caymen Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, USA and Virgin Islands.
My country is not listed. Can you still deliver to me?
We aim to deliver to as many countries as possible worldwide. There may however be a few exceptions. If you have a specific country enquiry, please email customercare@saharalondon.com.
Sales Tax
All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK sales tax - VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
Duty and Customs
Sahara operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union, local import duty and local taxes may be applicable. Such import duties may impose a delay in your goods clearing customs, of which Sahara has no control. Sahara is not financially responsible for any local import duties and taxes imposed on your goods. Any local duty/taxes/customs fees imposed are payable locally by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for providing any information required by Customs & Excise to ensure the goods are cleared.
Please note Sahara is not able to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either due to fault or unsuitability as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own country Customs & Excise.
If you are unsure of whether to expect to pay duty on goods shipped to your country from the UK, please contact your local Customs & Excise office who will be able to advise you further.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with the items that you purchase. However, we do understand that you may wish to return your items for an exchange or refund if they are not suitable.
Sahara offers a no quibble 14 day returns policy on full-price items; you may send your items back either for an exchange or a full refund. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please note that a delivery charge will be payable for your new items.
Sale goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note that it can take up to 21 days for sums to be credited to your account.
Earrings and items of a personal nature such as swimwear and underwear cannot be refunded unless found to be faulty.
Items received after the time periods stated above will not be eligible for an exchange or refund unless items are found to be faulty.
Goods must be returned unworn with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Unsuitable goods that are returned in an unsalable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the purchaser.
You will find a Returns Note with your goods, please make sure that you include a completed Returns Note with the items you wish to return so that we can forward your comments onto our design team who are always keen to receive feedback from our customers.
We regret that returns may only be made by post to the address supplied.
Can I return an item to a Sahara store?
We regret that it is not possible to return goods to Sahara’s retail stores.
Goods may only be returned to: Sahara Online Returns, Unit 4 Utopia Village, 7 Chalcot Road, London, NW1 8LH.
Faulty Items
It is very rare that Sahara receives returns due to faulty items. However, very occasionally faults do occur. If you suspect your item may be faulty, please return it to the address below along with a completed Returns Note.
Should we find that your item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund inclusive of outbound and return postage costs. We aim to refund your money within 14 days of receipt of your item(s), however please note that refunds can take up to 21 days to show on your account.
Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will be returned to the purchaser.
Will you refund my postage costs?
Postage costs will only be refunded where goods are found to be faulty.
Please note that any local customs or duty charges paid by the purchaser cannot be refunded by Sahara, as this is a contract between you and your own country Customs & Excise.
Where do I send items I wish to return?
Please send all returns to: Sahara Online Returns, 4 Utopia Village, 7 Chalcot Road, London NW1 8LH. You will find a pre-printed returns label on your Despatch Note that you should affix to your parcel.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
Free certificates of postage are available from the Post Office.
