A fabulous necklace delicately constructed from slices of colourful layered resin, each piece hand finished from the renowned Brazilian jewellery house Sobral (known as Jackie Brazil in the UK). On his travels during the 70s Carols Sobral found that colourful polyester resin (a bi-product of petrol), was used by Argentine artisans for their costume jewellery. The discovery of this new material inspired the creation of Sobral’s incredible jewellery collections that are now famously collected all over the world.
