We've re-opened our doors, but have made some changes to your shopping experience for the safety of our customers & employees.
You can now browse and shop in stores, however we will be limiting the number of customers in-store at any one time. Our fitting rooms are still in use however, we may have to limit the number of open fitting rooms and during busy periods.
Book An Appointment
An appointment will ensure that you have a fitting room to use during your visit. Appointments can be an hour or 30 minutes. If there are specific items you would like to try, please give us 5 days notice to ensure we have them ready for you.
Closed appointments are available during the first and last hour of the day for you and up to 2 friends or family. You will have the store to yourself for one hour.
Styling appointments are available from 11am – 4pm. Other customers may be in the store during your appointment.

Store Safety Guidelines
- Hand sanitiser must be used upon entering the boutique and we encourage frequent use during your visit.
- Maintain a distance from one another in-store and outside.
- Please wear a mask if you can. Masks are available on request.
- Please be considerate while shopping. Seek assistance for handling of garments.
- We encourage you to shop alone if possible.
-We are unable to accept cash at this time. To reduce contact, ensure you are able to pay by card.
Our store staff will be taking extra hygeine precautions during this time
- Fitting rooms will be cleaned after every appointment.
- High touch areas throughout the store will be cleaned on a regular basis.
- Items of clothing that have been tried on, or returned to store will be held off the shop floor and untouched for 24 hours, they will be then be steamed and returned to the floor.
We understand that there will be circumstances where you don’t necessarily need to be in store for long and do not wish to browse. The below reasons are outlined below. We do advise that you call or email the store ahead of your visit so they are able and prepared to help you as quickly, easily and safely as possible, and to ensure that they can help so you don’t make a wasted journey.

Making An Online Return?
You can now make online returns in our open boutiques. Additionally, if you would like to drop off a return, or make an exchange, you can do so without an appointment. As drop-off will be touch free, we ask that you make sure your return slip is enclosed in your package.
Both full price and sale items may be refunded but please note that sale items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days and full price items can be returned with full reimbursement within 14 days.
When you drop off a return, you will receive a return receipt as proof of your return to store. As a result of the safety and hygiene measures being implemented across our stores and fulfilment house, the processing of returns will be taking a little longer than usual. Refunds will continue to be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items and could take an additional 7 days to be seen in your accounts. Shopping online with us during Covid-19
You can continue to shop Sahara's collections from the comfort of your home, and we will be offering free UK standard delivery for all UK online orders at this time. Simply enter FREE at checkout.
For your safety, every hygiene precaution is being taken. Our warehouse team members are working hard independently and wearing Nitrile gloves when handling all orders, and changing them at regular intervals. Orders will be sourced in their original packaging where applicable for limited garment handling, and left in them until ready for packing. Full packing procedures will be carried out by the same team member to limit contact where possible. Online returns are also being left for 48 hours without being touched to ensure no contamination of the outgoing stock and to keep our employees safe and healthy. Due to the evolving circumstances, we will be extending our returns policy. We understand that it’s becoming a little more difficult to return your orders to us and we hope to help in any way we can.
